Jason C. Hubbard, Esq.

Jason C. Hubbard is a second generation attorney and native of Omaha, Nebraska. Jason worked for many years in the real estate industry as a successful investor, landlord, and broker before returning to Creighton University’s School of Law to earn his Juris Doctorate degree in 2010. Jason is an active member of the Nebraska State Bar Association and practices real estate law in the State of Nebraska. Jason is also admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for Nebraska as sometimes it is necessary to litigate real estate matters in federal bankruptcy court. 

Lucy Wang, law student

Lucy Wang earned her associates degree in legal studies from Metropolitan Community College in 2016 and joined the firm as paralegal. Lucy continued her studies and earned her bachelor’s degree from University of Lincoln at Omaha in 2020.  Lucy is currently enrolled in law school at the University of Lincoln and is expected to graduate in 2024.  Lucy continues to actively participate in the management and direction of the firm while in law school.

Benji Frith, paralegal

Benji Frith is a former legal aid for the State of Nebraska.  Benji is currently enrolled at Metropolitan Community College where he is pursuing a degree in legal studies.  Benji offers paramount client service and will answer your general questions and keep you informed about your case.
